Jennifer is the Provisional Administrator at Colonial Manor of Elma, where she is pursuing her goal of becoming a licensed Administrator. Her career in long-term care began shortly after high school as a CNA before advancing to a Medication Aide. Those early experiences shaped her passion for caring for residents like family and reinforced the importance of building meaningful relationships within a close-knit nursing home community.

Determined to grow both personally and professionally, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Upper Iowa University. While completing her degree, she took on Human Resources responsibilities at her care facility before accepting the opportunity to serve as Social Services Director. Over the past year and a half, she has expanded her knowledge through hands-on experience in social services, preparing her for her current leadership role.

Jennifer is driven by a deep commitment to treating every resident with dignity and respect while creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff. She believes strong teams are built on trust, collaboration, and a solid foundation, and she is passionate about finding solutions that help her team and community thrive.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling to new destinations and exploring different countries. She also loves motorcycle riding, kayaking, and spending quality time with her family.
